The SEK1X20MW self owned power plant in the Democratic Republic of Congo is located near Likasi in Upper Katanga Province and is invested and constructed by Xinghe Limited Company. Starting from May 20, 2025, with the busy and orderly progress of work. This marks the official entry of SLY Industrial Group into the electricity market in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

      On July 11, 2025, the boiler steam drum was successfully lifted. This component is the core component of the boiler, and the project completed this critical node safely and orderly according to the established plan, which was recognized by the owner.

      On September 4, 2025, under the witness of the owner, the water pressure test of the boiler body was completed in one go. Boiler water pressure test is a key experimental test for the installation quality of boilers, and it is a crucial step to ensure the effective and safe operation of boilers. The successful completion of this hydrostatic test once again demonstrates the professionalism and rigor of the SLY team's work.

      On October 6, 2025, the steam turbine successfully completed the cylinder locking work. As one of the "three main engines" of power plants, the "steam turbine" plays a crucial role in the entire power plant. Steam turbines are precision mechanical equipment with very strict requirements for installation accuracy. The installation quality of steam turbines directly affects the efficient and safe operation of power plants after completion.

      On October 11, 2025, with the close cooperation of our professional team, the project progress reverse power transmission work was completed in one go, marking the project's entry into the debugging phase. Equipment debugging is an important step before the formal operation of a power plant, with the aim of confirming whether each equipment can be effectively, efficiently, and safely put into power generation work.
